Cancellations and Change of Mind
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving their order. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, with original packaging, accessories, and tax invoice included.

Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, the refund period depends on the card provider.
Please note that change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion and may not be available for all items. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
