Free shipping for customers

Bellini Couture offers free shipping throughout Australia with no minimum purchase required. All shipping-related costs, including transport, handling, postal charges, and any logistic or customs-related duties or fees, are fully covered by the company. Customers will not be charged any additional amounts beyond what is shown at checkout.

Payment confirmation

The payment confirmation time depends on the method selected. For instant bank transfers (PayID or similar), confirmation is immediate. For credit card payments, confirmation may take up to 1 business day. Order processing begins only after payment has been confirmed.

Processing and dispatch

Once payment is confirmed, your order will proceed to verification, separation, packaging, and dispatch. The average processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Once the order is shipped, a tracking code will be added to our system and sent to the customer via email and WhatsApp.

Delivery timeframes

Bellini Couture sources products directly from manufacturers located in Australia, the United States, Europe, and Asia. The origin of the shipment depends on the availability of the purchased product and the customer’s location. The average delivery timeframe ranges from 5 to 12 calendar days after dispatch. This timeframe may vary depending on the delivery region. Rural areas, remote zones, or locations with limited logistic coverage may experience slightly longer delivery times, still within the estimated window.

The estimated delivery time presented on the pre-checkout page is calculated from the date of dispatch. Please note that this timeframe may vary due to external factors beyond the company's control, such as courier strikes, customs delays, or other operational disruptions.

Orders may also be delivered in more than one package, as we work with different suppliers. Therefore, customers may receive items on separate dates, even when purchased in a single order. This is intended to reduce the total delivery time and does not represent a logistics error or duplicate shipment.

Order tracking

Order tracking will initially be available through the Tracking page on the Bellini Couture website, using the code provided to the customer. After local dispatch, tracking may also be accessed through the carrier's (e.g. Australia Post) official website. Tracking systems may take a few business days to update, which is common in international shipments.

Delivery guarantee

Bellini Couture guarantees full responsibility for the delivery of all orders. In the event of loss, theft, misplacement, or any failure in the delivery process that prevents receipt of the merchandise, the customer may choose between a free reshipment or a full refund of the amount paid. None of our customers will be affected by logistics failures beyond their control.

Addressing

Bellini Couture will ship products to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. For this reason, it is essential that the delivery information be filled out with maximum care to avoid any issues in completing the delivery.

The customer is responsible for providing and reviewing the delivery address before confirming the purchase. If the product is delivered to an incorrect address, returned to sender due to an invalid address, or has insufficient information to complete delivery, the responsibility for locating the order and any reshipment costs will lie with the customer.

Delivery attempts and pick-up

Deliveries are made by Australia Post or equivalent carriers. Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the address provided. If unsuccessful, the package will be sent to the nearest post office, where it will be held for pick-up for up to seven calendar days. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender. Bellini Couture is not responsible if the recipient fails to collect the package from the local post office.
