Refund Policy — Bellini Couture
Bellini Couture guarantees customers the right to a refund, in full compliance with Australian Consumer Law, with transparency and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Change of mind
You may cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order. This right applies to all eligible items returned in proper condition.
The refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, provided the conditions below are met.
Product conditions for refund
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, preferably in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Items with visible signs of use, stains, damage, or alterations will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Refund options
You may choose to receive:
A full refund of the original payment
An exchange for another product of equal value
A store credit for future purchases
A replacement item identical to the original purchase
How to request a refund
To request a refund, send an email to service@bellinicouture.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Our team will respond within 5 business days with return instructions, a prepaid return shipping label, and the next steps in the process.
Return shipping costs
Bellini Couture covers all return shipping costs in the following cases:
Defective or damaged item
Incorrect or wrong item received
Change of mind within the legal timeframe
If the item has already been shipped, you must wait for delivery and then follow the return instructions. The refund will be processed once the return is complete.
Inspection of returned items
All returned products are inspected. Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, alterations, misuse, or returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer without notice.
Returning the product
The item must be dropped off at an Australia Post location using the provided return label. You must email photos of the packaged item, the shipping receipt with visible tracking code, and an image of the label affixed to the box.
When will the refund be issued
Once the product is received and inspected at our distribution center:
For payments made via PayPal, refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days. The refunded amount will appear in the customer's PayPal account, depending on the PayPal processing time.
For payments made via credit card directly on the website, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the card issuer. The refunded amount may appear on the customer's credit card statement within one to two billing cycles. A refund receipt or reference number can be provided upon request.
