Return and Exchange Policy — Bellini Couture
Bellini Couture offers a clear and free return and exchange policy in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
Request timeframe
You may request a return or exchange within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving your order.
Product conditions
The item should preferably be in its original packaging, without signs of use, stains, damage, or odors, and in the same condition as delivered. Products that show misuse or have been altered will not be accepted.
Requesting a return or exchange
Send an email to service@bellinicouture.com within the eligible period. Our team will respond with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Returning the item
The item must be dropped off at an Australia Post location according to the instructions provided. You must email photos of the packaged item, the shipping receipt with tracking code, and an image of the label affixed to the package.
Return logistics
All shipping costs are covered by Bellini Couture in cases of change of mind within the allowed timeframe, manufacturing defects, or order discrepancies. If the customer cancels the order while it is already in transit, they must wait for the delivery and then return the item before the cancellation and refund can be processed.
Defective product
If a manufacturing defect is found, you must send photos or videos showing the issue to our customer support team. After evaluation, we will process the return or exchange free of charge.
Non-eligible cases
Returns of used or damaged items, items sent without prior authorization, or items returned at the customer’s expense without instruction will not be accepted. In such cases, the product will be sent back to the customer without notice.
